I first picked up a jar of the pecan pepper jelly at a Sami Show. Once I served it, I got such great feedback that I will now be getting more and more, and have started trying other flavors as well. Perfect for gifts and to show off a piece of Austin!

I just have to say WOW! I sampled your Peach Pepper Jam and your Austin Pepper Jam at the Leander Fall Fest. Both were fabulous so I bought one jar of each. Since I arrived home from the Fall Fest, I’ve been eating your jam on everything! OMG it’s amazing! The texture and heat factor of your pepper jams are perfect, and the flavor is THE BEST. It really is great, I knew I would love the sweet/hot combination. I participated in a class teaching about the Aztecs to children and was stationed at a table serving the kids butter mixed with cinnamon and black pepper on some bread. Strangely enough it was delicious and the kids kept coming back for more. I still do it now at home. Eating your jam, made me think of that and I was curious if you ever tried cinnamon.

I have found Pepper Jam from Austin Jam Company to always be a party favorite. I took Pecan Pepper Jam to a school event and everyone loved it so much that they now expect it, and look for it, at every party. Everyone loved getting it as a Christmas gift also.

When my husband and I were visiting our daughter in Round Rock for Thanksgiving, she prepared some hors d'oeuvre one night. Among the many wonderful things she set out was a wonderful light cheese and pecan pepper jelly and crackers. We spread the pecan pepper jelly on the cheese and crackers and it was absolutely delicious. I've had many kinds of pepper jelly before, but this one was particularly good. I was so impressed with the jelly that I looked the site up on line and ordered 10 jars to give for Christmas gifts to friends. We live in Florida, and Lin even e-mailed me wanting to know how I found out about their company. I will certainly be going back to the site trying their other products.
