Dawn's Pepper Jam Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of crescent rolls
  • 1 jar of your farovite pepper jam
  • 1 block of cream cheese, room temperature

Preparation
Roll the crescent rolls out so they make a square. Spread the cream cheese on the crescent rolls. Spread a layer of jam on the top and roll the crescent rolls up. Slice into 1" circles and back until golden brown at 350 degrees.


Hot and Spicy Mustard

Ingredients

  • Yellow Mustard
  • Austin Pepper Jam

Preparation
Mix equal parts yellow mustard and Austin Pepper Jam together. The use for this is endless - we just had it on chicken strips as a dipping sauce and it was out of this world delish. My son just kept coming back to it. Try it - it's great!!


Aunt Joy's Pepper Jam Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (soft)
  • 1/4 cup fine chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 Tablespoon pimento chopped fine
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple-drained of all juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 3 Tablesppons Lin's Pepper jam (more or less to your taste)I used Pineapple but any would be good.

Preparation
Mix all ingredients into the cream cheese. Form into ball and roll in chopped nuts. I used walnuts. You may need to chill before forming into ball.
